This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Samirla collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We respect your privacy and handle personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Account data: your name, email address and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
Billing data: plan, billing interval and payment references. Card details are handled by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) — we do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: basic logs such as API requests, feature usage and error events, used to keep the Service secure and reliable.
Voluntary data: anything you submit through our newsletter, contact or careers forms.

The economic and commodity data shown in the Service is public, aggregated information and does not identify you.

2. How we use your information

to create and operate your account and provide the Service;
to process payments and manage subscriptions and trials;
to send service-related messages (e.g. receipts, trial reminders, important notices);
to improve, secure and troubleshoot the Service;
