Last updated: 14 June 2026

Welcome to Samirla. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Samirla website, dashboard and API (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About the Service

Samirla aggregates and presents publicly available Philippine economic and commodity data — including retail prices, import and export statistics, fuel prices, inflation, population, labor, GDP and wages — sourced from official government bodies such as the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and the Department of Energy (DOE). We organize this data into a single, navigable interface. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Plans & free trial

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor and merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy). Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos and may be set per billing interval (monthly, quarterly or annual). Promotional or launch pricing applies only while offered and may not be available after a trial ends. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Any temporary card-verification charge used to confirm a payment method is refunded automatically.

5. Data & accuracy

We present official data to the best of our ability, as published by the source agencies. We do not alter, filter or "correct" the underlying figures, and source data may be revised, delayed, incomplete or occasionally inconsistent. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal or trading advice. You are responsible for verifying any figure before relying on it for a decision.

Tip: where a number looks unusual, check the original source agency's publication. We link sources throughout the dashboard.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. API use

API access is tied to your plan and is rate-limited. Keep your API keys confidential; you are responsible for usage made with your keys. We may revoke keys that are abused or that threaten the stability of the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The underlying public data belongs to its respective source agencies. The Samirla name, brand, software, design, compilations and presentation are owned by us and protected by applicable law. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; it does not transfer ownership of any part of it.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samirla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
